We are delighted to invite you to a Discussion Panel to close out the Buone Nuove/Good News from MAXXI to Met Exhibition on October 10th at the Department of Architectural Science at 91滴滴 at 6:30 at the Pit, 325 Church Street. This exhibition celebrates the achievements of women in architecture both globally and locally. 

Cheryl Atkinson, Atkinson Architect and an Associate Chair at  DAS, 91滴滴 will moderate this panel discussion against the backdrop of the Toronto Women in Architecture Timeline she created for the exhibition.  We will discuss local feminist architectural activism in the 1980鈥檚 relative to our contemporary progress towards equity and diversity in the profession.  The panelists are Pat Hanson, Creative Director of gh3* architects, Susan Speigel of SSA Studio, Heather Dubbeldam of Dubbeldam Architecture + Design, Elsa Lam, author, historian and editor of Canadian Architect Magazine, and Farida Abu-Bakare, 91滴滴 Alumna, co-founder of BAIDA and Director of Global Practice at WXY.
