Undergraduate applicants affected by regional conflict
We are committed to supporting our applicants and students. 91ε will help however we can during this challenging time.
To access your Choose91ε Applicant Portal account you must first create a 91ε Online Identity. Complete the Activation Form (opens in new window) and include your nine-digit 91ε Student Number. Your 91ε Student Number will be included in an email from 91ε after you apply.
The Choose91ε Applicant Portal undergoes daily maintenance from 11 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
Secondary and post-secondary transcripts are required for the assessment of your application. Plan to collect these at the time of application. A copy of an official transcript issued by your school or your student record obtained from a self-serve system is sufficient.
You can upload unofficial transcripts in the Choose91ε Applicant Portal. 91ε will request official transcripts if you're admitted.
- Transcripts are considered official when sent to us directly by the issuing institution or via the OUAC.
- Official transcripts generally bear an original seal/stamp and/or official signature from an appropriate signatory. They also show the names of the courses you’ve completed and are enrolled in, the marks you’ve received, credit values, grading scheme, as well as the graduation credential (if awarded).
If you’ve attended a school outside of Canada, visit the official transcript submission page for more information about required transcripts and how to submit them.
If your documents are in a language other than English, you must provide them in the original language, as well as certified/notarized literal English translations.
Are you a current/previous 91ε applicant or undergraduate student? Be sure to indicate this on your application. You don't need to submit transcripts again if they’re already on file and complete (and you haven’t enrolled in courses since). 91ε grades will be obtained internally.
Note: your Choose91ε Applicant Portal may not reflect documents submitted in a previous year.

Undergraduate applicants affected by regional conflict
We remain committed to supporting our applicants and students and will help however we can during this challenging time. If your school or testing centre is closed during the 2025-2026 academic year, our admission process will stay flexible. We have contingency plans in place, and all applications will continue to be reviewed.
Is your school using adjusted assessment methods for final results?
If your school, board or exam provider cancels final exams or changes grading (e.g. CBSE, IB, A Levels), we'll accept your school results to meet admission conditions. If final grades aren't available, we'll use your current grades as final. If your school can't send a final transcript due to conflict, we'll accept an unofficial transcript. Each situation is reviewed individually. Please contact the ServiceHub to speak with an admissions officer.
